Vivo Y78+ 5G is now available with a 120Hz OLED curved-edge display and an OIS 50MP camera
Vivo quietly released its newest smartphone, the Vivo Y78+ 5G Launch With 120Hz OLED Curved-Edge Display, in China. It has a lot of cool features that tech fans are sure to love. The smartphone has a 6.78-inch OLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 120Hz frame rate, a 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, a 105 percent NTSC color gamut, an 800,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and 1,000 nits of brightness. It also has an 8-megapixel camera on the front for taking pictures and making video calls.
On the back of the Y78+ 5G, there are two cameras: a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a dual-LED flash. The device runs on the current Android 13 OS, and on top of that is the OriginOS OS 3 UI.
Vivo put a Snapdragon 695 processor, up to 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage in the Y78+ 5G. The phone is driven by a 4,500mAh battery that can be charged quickly with 44W.
The Y78+ 5G also has dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack, among other things. The smartphone is 162.24 mm long, 74.79 mm wide, and 7.89 mm thick. It weighs 177 grams.
